Abstract:
A collapsible hammock frame (20) having approximately parallel and spaced apart base members (22, 24) and pivotally attached uprights (34, 36, 38, 40) that define head and foot suspension points (86, 88) from which a hammock may be suspended. The uprights (34, 36, 38, 40) and base members (22, 24) fold into a completely collapsible configuration that can be easily carried and transported, and unfolded into a working configuration without the assembly of separate parts.
