Abstract:
A color filter substrate for organic EL device having excellent balance in color characteristics of three primary colors which enables to obtain a high-luminance and high-efficiency organic EL display and is applicable to an organic EL display having a white light-emitting layer. The color filter substrate for organic EL device is characterized by comprising a transparent substrate, a coloring layer patterned on the transparent substrate, and a color conversion layer partially formed on the coloring layer.
