Provided is a colored curable composition capable of producing a color filter that has excellent light resistance, heat resistance, and pattern-forming characteristics, and that exhibits no absorption in the section thereof that is not necessary as a color filter. The colored curable composition contains a phthalocyanine compound that is represented by general formula (1). In general formula (1), X represents a halogen atom, R1 individually represents general formula (2) or general formula (3), and R represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent group. In general formulas (2) and (3), R2 individually represents the substituent groups selected from general formulas (4)-(6), and R3 represents a substituent group.
