Abstract:
The disclosure describes a combination therapy for treating diabetes or chronic kidney disease by administering to a patient in need of such treatment an effective amount of a urocortin-2 compound (or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof) with a GIP/GLP-1 co-agonist analog (or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof), and to methods of using the same to treat diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
