Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a combined anvil die for forging a large crank throw, comprising a forging machine and a manipulator. The forging machine comprises an upper anvil, a lower anvil, and an upper die; the upper anvil is connected to the lower end of a forging machine upper anvil block; the lower anvil comprises an anvil die and a mobile workbench; the anvil die comprises a large flat anvil, a small flat anvil, and a drain plate; the upper die comprises a forming core die; the mobile workbench comprises a longitudinal workbench and a transverse workbench; the drain plate is disposed on the longitudinal workbench; the forming core die is clamped by the manipulator; the upper anvil is fixedly disposed as a flat anvil, and the lower anvil is disposed as a combined movable anvil; the upper die is further provided with a reverse buckling bending die; the anvil die further comprises a double-edge pressing groove die, a trapezoidal die, and a female die; the large flat anvil, the small flat anvil, the double-edge pressing groove die, the trapezoidal die, and the female die are disposed on the transverse workbench; the reverse buckling bending die is clamped by the manipulator; a side surface of the flat anvil is fixedly hinged to one end of each of the double-edge pressing groove die, the trapezoidal die, and the female die, and the other end of each of the double-edge pressing groove die, the trapezoidal die, and the female die is a free end. The lower die is replaced onto the anvil surface by means of the overturning of the free end. In this way, the replacement process is simple, the time is short, requirements of the forging process are met, and the purposes of reducing the heating number, improving efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and saving costs are achieved.
