Abstract:
Provided are a combined anvil die for forging a large crank throw, and a process. The combined anvil die comprises a forging machine and a manipulator (3, 3'), and the forging machine comprises an upper anvil (1), a lower anvil, and an upper die; the upper anvil (1) is connected to the lower end of a forging machine upper anvil block, and is fixedly arranged as a flat anvil; the manipulator (3, 3') is configured to comprise two manipulators (3, 3'); the lower anvil comprises an anvil die and longitudinal and transverse workbenches (4, 4'); the anvil die comprises a large flat anvil (9), a small flat anvil (7), a duplex indentation die (8), a trapezoidal die (10), a female die (11), and a drain plate (5); the drain plate (5) is arranged on the longitudinal workbench (4), and the anvil die is arranged on the transverse workbench (4'); the upper die comprises a forming core die (14), a reverse buckling bending die (13), and an upsetting plate (2) which are clamped by the manipulator (3, 3'). The process of using the combined anvil die to forge the large crank throw is divided into eleven steps; as the anvil die and the upper die are arranged to be movable anvil dies that can be replaced at any time, some anvil dies are placed on the worktable to be moved and replaced, and some anvil dies are clamped and replaced by the mechanical arm, a plurality of forging steps can be completed by means of one heating number, so that traditional forging processes requiring 5-7 heating numbers can be completed by means of 2-3 heating numbers.
