Abstract:
Provided are a combined automatic metering batching device, system and method. The combined automatic metering batching device comprises a rotary conveying mechanism (1), a plurality of batching mechanisms (5), a plurality of weighing mechanisms (3), and an automatic guided carrying mechanism (4). The plurality of batching mechanisms (5) are movably arranged at intervals around the rotary conveying mechanism (1), and the automatic guided carrying mechanism (4) is configured to carry the batching mechanisms (5) to preset stations matching the rotary conveying mechanism (1) or carry the batching mechanisms (5) away from the preset stations matching the rotary conveying mechanism (1), so that the batching mechanisms (5) can be flexibly configured according to the requirements of a formula, materials not required in the formula do not appear in a material distribution area, and changing an apparatus is rapid and convenient when changing of the formula or a component. Not only is the space occupied by an apparatus reduced, but also contamination of materials not in the material distribution formula is avoided, the batching mechanisms (5) with different precisions can also be changed, the metering ratio is realized rapidly and precisely, the universality is higher, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the speed and the degree of automation of assembling and changing are improved, and the work intensity is reduced.
