Abstract:
Disclosed are a terahertz imaging system and an imaging method. The imaging system comprises: a terahertz source for emitting terahertz wave beams; a terahertz coding modulation unit, comprising a projection apparatus, a mask plate and an imaged medium attached to the mask plate, wherein a patterned modulated light beam generated by the projection device acts on the mask plate to generate a mask coding pattern, so that the mask plate allows at least some terahertz beams to pass through and irradiate the imaged medium; a single-point detector for receiving the terahertz wave beams passing the mask plate and the imaged medium; and a signal processing unit using a compressed sensing inversion algorithm to perform microscopic imaging calculation on terahertz wave beam energy received by the single-point detector many times, such that terahertz imaging is realized. By means of the method, spatial coding modulation and terahertz fast microscopic imaging for terahertz wave beams can be realized.
