Abstract:
A combined machining device and method for a laser-jet liquid beam self-generated abrasive grain flow. The combined machining device comprises: a spray nozzle (1), the spray nozzle (1) being connected to a supplying mechanism of a salt saturated solution for supplying a set pressure to the spray nozzle, the spray nozzle (1) being connected to a cooling mechanism for cooling the salt saturated solution inside the spray nozzle and precipitating fine crystal grains from the salt saturated solution, the spray nozzle (1) being further connected to a lens barrel (2), and the lens barrel (2) being connected to a laser generating mechanism for generating laser rays; and a work box (3), used for fixing a workpiece and collecting the salt saturated solution sprayed by the spray nozzle (1). The fine crystal grains precipitated from the salt saturated solution are used for impacting and grinding the surface of the workpiece, thereby effectively improving the machining quality of the workpiece.
