Abstract:

Provided is a commerce system (10), comprising: an e-commerce (EC) server (200) which connects to a user terminal (500) and executes an e-commerce transaction; a customs clearance certification server (400) which manages prior customs clearance information; and a management server (200) which is connected to the customs clearance certification server and the EC server. The management server receives from a merchandise management server a registration request which includes merchandise information about an item of merchandise, transmits the registration request to the customs clearance certification server, receives prior customs clearance information for the item of merchandise from the customs clearance certification server, and notifies the EC server of the prior customs clearance information. In accordance with the request from the EC server, the customs clearance certification server generates the prior customs clearance information on the basis of the merchandise information, and transmits the generated prior customs clearance information to the management server. The EC server transmits the received prior customs clearance information with the merchandise information to the user terminal, and accepts from the user terminal an instruction to have the item of merchandise which is identified by the merchandise information be distributed via customs.
