Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to provide an enriched method for suppressing transmissions of inquiry messages of flow entry. A communication apparatus comprises: a packet reception notification unit that, upon reception of predetermined packets, transmits, to a predetermined control apparatus, packet reception notifications indicating the receptions of the packets; and a packet monitor unit that receives, from the packet reception notification unit, a designated packet having been designated in advance among the predetermined packets and that, if a status value included in the designated packet satisfies a predetermined condition, inhibits the transmission of the packet reception notification to the control apparatus.
