A communication apparatus comprising a monitor unit that transmits, to a first node apparatus that performs a policy control and a charging control, a monitoring result with respect to a first communication amount in a first communication between a gateway apparatus included in a core network and a terminal apparatus, and a second communication amount in a second communication between the terminal apparatus and a server apparatus connected to a base station apparatus that performs a wireless communication with the terminal apparatus or between the terminal apparatus and the base station apparatus including the server apparatus.
