Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to minimize degradation in application-level service quality by carrying out communication control only when the density of a plurality of mobile bodies (11) in a network for management has become excessive. Provided is a communication control device (100), which is mounted on each of a plurality of mobile bodies (11) that acquire content data (141) from a content server (14). The plurality of mobile bodies (11) form a network for management for communication thereamong. On the basis of the density of the plurality of mobile bodies (11) in the network for management, a management part (110) assesses whether to carry out communication control when acquiring the content data (141).
