Abstract:
User equipment according to an embodiment ranks a plurality of cells according to wireless quality to perform cell reselection for selecting a serving cell. The user equipment determines the rank of a cell during the cell reselection further on the basis of whether the cell is a non-terrestrial cell formed by a wireless transceiver of a satellite or aircraft.
