Abstract:
A communication control device comprising: a collection unit that, for each switch on a candidate path that is a candidate for a communication path that is to realize a communication flow by means of shaping, collects the amount of data destroyed by the switch and the queue length over which the switch can store data; a necessary queue length calculation unit that, for each candidate path, calculates the queue length necessary for shaping on the basis of the destroyed data amounts collected by the collection unit; a communication path determination unit that, when the product of a hop count and the smallest queue length collected by the collection unit for the switches on a candidate path is at least the necessary queue length, determines the relevant candidate path to be a new communication path; a queue length determination unit that, for each switch on the new communication path determined by the communication path determination unit, determines the result of dividing the necessary queue length by the hop count to be a new queue length; and a setting unit that, for each switch on the new communication path determined by the communication path determination unit, sets the new communication path determined by the communication path determination unit and the new queue length determined by the queue length determination unit.
