Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technology that allows the communication quality of a communication service to be controlled in multiple different ways. [Solution] This communication device, which communicates over a network via set communication paths, is provided with the following: a first means for identifying communication paths corresponding to packets; and a second means that can perform communication-quality control for each packet on the basis of a parameter related to a service provider that provides a communication service to a communication terminal corresponding to the communication path identified as corresponding to the packet in question.
