Abstract:

[Problem] To make it possible, even when there is a plurality of devices that perform the processing of a higher layer to a transport layer, for one device that performs the processing of a layer below the transport layer to reliably communicate, via the transport layer, with each of the devices that perform the processing of the higher layer. [Solution] A communication device is provided with: a generation unit 141 which generates a transport layer packet which has identification information, used in a higher layer to the transport layer, in a packet area different from a service data unit; and a transmission processing unit 143 which transmits the transport layer packet.
