Abstract:
This communication device operating as a base station in a TDD communication system comprises: a communication means for performing communication using a TDD pattern; a storage means for storing a plurality of TDD patterns; a determination means for determining a TDD pattern to be used by the communication means; and an acquisition means for acquiring a type of network slice to be used by a terminal connected to the base station. The plurality of TDD patterns includes a synchronous TDD pattern that matches a TDD pattern used by a predetermined base station, and a quasi-synchronous TDD pattern in which at least one downlink timing included in the synchronous TDD pattern is replaced with an uplink timing. The determination means determines a TDD pattern on the basis of the type acquired by the acquisition means and the plurality of TDD patterns.
