Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a technology of reducing deterioration of transmission quality compared with conventional methods even under the environment where a propagation channel fluctuates and selecting suitable transmission rate, especially a technology of selecting a suitable transmission rate by taking into account reception quality change with time and a reception quality. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The communication device performs communication by using a plurality of channels. The communication device is provided with a modulation parameter determining section for selecting (S13) a modulation parameter that corresponds to reception quality information (SNR) of each channel by using associating relation corrected information. The associating relation corrected information is provided by determining a correction range (S13), based on a reception quality reference value (for instance, average SNR information obtained by averaging the SNR of the channels) (S11) and a reception quality fluctuation rate (S12) indicating reception quality fluctuation with time, and by correcting associating relation information that associates the SNR with the modulation parameter by using the determined correction range (S14).
