Abstract:
Provided are a communication method and an apparatus, the method comprises: a terminal device sending downlink service data over an authorized spectrum resource and sending uplink service data over an unauthorized spectrum resource. Because the uplink service data is sent over the unauthorized spectrum resource, permission of a network device is not required, and thus the transmission delay of the uplink service data can be reduced.
