Abstract:
The present application provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. Said method comprises: according to the receiving situation of a first power saving signal, determining not to detect a PDCCH within a first DRX cycle; and at a first time period within the first DRX cycle, performing RRM measurement on a CSI-RS sent by a network device. The present application can ensure that sufficient RRM measurement opportunities are provided for a terminal device, ensuring the accuracy of RRM measurement, and avoiding the influence of the introduction of a concept such as power saving signals on terminal mobility RRM measurement.
