Abstract:
A communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: performance of authentication by a first unit, which is installed outside of a housing container of an automated teller machine, and a second unit, which is installed inside of the housing container, through data communication that is encrypted using a first encryption scheme; and, if authentication is successful, transmission by the first unit of an instruction to the second unit through data communication that is encrypted using a second encryption scheme.
