Abstract:
Disclosed is a communication method, comprising: a terminal acquiring a system information block message sent by a base station, wherein the system information block message contains parameter information for selecting a relay terminal; the terminal determining whether the terminal itself satisfies a condition to serve as a relay terminal according to the parameter information; and if the terminal satisfies the condition to serve as the relay terminal, the terminal broadcasting a relay announcement message as the relay terminal and informing a remote terminal within a signal coverage range of the terminal, and the terminal providing a relay service. Also disclosed are a terminal and a base station. By means of the present invention, a terminal can be initialized as a relay terminal and completes relay communications.
