Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a communication method, a terminal device and a network device. The communication method comprises: a terminal device receiving first configuration information sent by a network device, wherein the first configuration information is used for determining a receiving state of the terminal device, and the receiving state comprises an ultra-low power wake-up signal (LP-WUS) receiving state or a normal receiving state. In a normal receiving state, the terminal device may have relatively high receiving sensitivity; and in an LP-WUS receiving state, the terminal device may realize relatively low power consumption. The network device or the terminal device may determine a receiving state of the terminal device by means of first configuration information, such that the terminal device switches the receiving state under different conditions, thereby taking both the requirements of high sensitivity and low power consumption of the terminal device into consideration.
