Abstract:

Provided is a communication network system comprising: a device management means which is communicably connected to at least one device; a device information storage means which receives and stores device information regarding the device, said device information being received from the device management means via a network; an application delivery means for delivering an application which carries out an instruction for operating the device, said application being delivered to the device management means via the network on the basis of a request from the device management means; and an instruction transmission/reception means which receives the instruction for operating the device from a communication means via the network, and transmits said instruction to the device management means. The instruction transmission/reception means is characterized in that the instruction transmission/reception means specifies the device management means which transmits the operation instruction to the device, on the basis of the device information acquired from the device information storage means and information relating to the device management means which is the delivery destination of the application acquired from the application delivery means.
