Abstract:
A communication seamless switching method and a mobile terminal are provided in the present invention. The method includes that: the first mobile terminal establishes the first VOIP communication with the second terminal via the initial wireless network; when detecting a switching event, the first mobile terminal obtains an object wireless network; the first mobile terminal transmits the second session request to the second terminal via the object wireless network and keeps the first VOIP communication; after receiving the acknowledge message for the second session request from the second terminal, the first mobile terminal establishes the second VOIP communication with the second terminal via the object wireless network, and the first VOIP communication is ended after the second VOIP communication is established. The present invention can realize the seamless free switching, and use the better wireless network for communication, so as to increase the communication quality of the user.
