Abstract:
The present invention can optimally deploy network functions that constitute a service chain. The present invention comprises: a redeploy function determining means that determines at least one network function that would contribute to a reduction in traffic as a redeployment target on the basis of a result of measuring the traffic of one or a plurality of network functions that constitute a service chain; and a redeployment means that redeploys the network function that is the redeployment target upstream from the current deployment position of the network function while maintaining the dependence relationships between the functions in the service chain.
