Abstract:
One of each of a plurality of slave devices is configured to have: a detection unit that detects current; a switching unit that, when being in an ON state, permits flow of current from a master device to the detection unit of a slave device positioned closer to the master device side than said one slave device, and that, when being in an OFF state, stops flow of current from the master device to the detection unit of the slave device positioned closer to the master device side than said one slave device; and a slave control unit that sets an ID of said one slave device on the basis of the detection result of the detection unit. The slave control unit, before setting the ID, turns the switching unit on and sets the ID when the detection result of the detection unit is equal to or less than a threshold value, and, after setting the ID, turns the switching unit off and determines that an error has occurred in the setting of the ID when the detection result of the detection unit is greater than the threshold value.
