Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technology such as a pressure sensitive sensor capable of achieving a satisfactory tolerance guarantee.
[Solution] A pressure sensitive sensor according to the present technology is provided with a sensor portion, a clearance layer, and a pressing layer. The sensor portion includes a sensor electrode layer, a first reference electrode layer, and a first deformable layer interposed between the sensor electrode layer and the first reference electrode layer. The clearance layer faces the first reference electrode layer outside the sensor portion. The pressing layer is interposed between the first reference electrode layer and the clearance layer, and in response to an external force presses the first reference electrode layer toward the sensor electrode layer, and causes the first deformable layer to deform.
