Abstract:
Communication technology of varied speed transmission, is a communication method of multiply reducing network investment, significantly increasing communication capacity, carrying out multi-media mobile communication, multiply decreasing power consumption of users' terminals, and making a plurality of users' terminals to consist an independent communication network within a given range without any switch system, whose principles and features are that: (1) the speed of normal speed signals is varied one section by another; (2) the speed-varied signals turn into several packets; (3) the signal speed of packets is higher than the normal speed; (4) the span between packets of the same signal is proportional to the rate of these two speeds; (5) the speed-varied packets of other signal can be arranged on the same channel; (6) signals of various media can be varied into a uniform speed to be transmitted; (7) speed-varied signals can be retrieved into normal speed signals at the receiver terminals; (8) the users' terminals have the control functions of queuing, adjusting speed; (9) mobile terminals and base stations have the function of automatic control of the transmitting power. In this way, if signals are transmitted at a speed of hundreds of times of the normal speed, hundreds of terminal signals can be accommodated in each channel simultaneously, that is the amount of channels can be decreased hundreds of times, therefore the object of multiply reducing network investment, significantly increasing communication capacity, carrying out multi-media mobile communication, multiply decreasing power consumption of users' terminals, and making a plurality of users' terminals to consist an independent communication network within a given range without any switch system can be carried out.
