Abstract:
An acquiring part (111) of a communication terminal apparatus (110) acquires,
from a communication management apparatus (120) that manages a communication
channel (130), information related to an interval during which the communication
terminal apparatus (110) is permitted to connect to the communication channel
(130) (which will be referred to as "permitted-connection interval"
hereafter). A determining part (112) determines, based on the permitted-connection
information acquired by the acquiring part (111), whether the communication
terminal apparatus (110) has been permitted to connect to the communication
channel (130). When the determining part (112) determines that the communication
terminal apparatus (110) has been permitted to connect to the communication
channel (130), a communication part (113) performs communication using the
communication channel (130).
