Abstract:
This communication terminal device (100) is a communication terminal device which is mounted to a moving body, which performs communication with a base station device using a low power wide area communication (LPWA) and which comprises: a storage unit (101) for storing data to be transmitted; a communication unit (102) which transmits the data to the base station device, transmits a request for reception history information which is a history of the success or failure of reception of data by the base station device, and receives the reception history information from the base station device; a stop detection unit (103) which detects that the moving body has stopped; and a resend control unit (104) which controls the resending of the data to the base station device. If the stop detection unit has detected that the moving body has stopped, the resend control unit instructs the communication unit to transmit the request, and instructs the communication unit to resend the data on the basis of the reception history information.
