Abstract:
A compact smart printer, comprising: a base (10), a cover (20), and a printing assembly. The cover (20) is separably fixed to the base (10) so as to be switched between an open cover state and a closed cover state. The printing assembly is engaged to the base (10).The printing assembly is provided with: a thermal head (32); a platen roller (30), the platen roller (30) being configured to be able to rotate around a first axis; a supporting member (31) used for supporting and positioning the thermal head (32), the supporting member (31) being configured to be able to rotate around a second axis; and an actuating member (35) used for driving the supporting member (31) to rotate, the actuating member (35) being configured to be able to rotate around a third axis. The first axis and the second axis are arranged in parallel, and the second axis and the third axis are parallel to or overlap each other. The cover (20) is provided with a driving portion (21), the driving portion (21) being configured to be able to drive, during a cover closing process, the actuating member (35) to rotate, so that the thermal head (32) positioned on the supporting member (31) is close to the platen roller (30) to clamp recording paper. According to the present application, the shape of the printer is miniaturized, and the space is compact, such that the printer is easy to carry.
