Title:
COMPLEX COMPRISING RNAI MOLECULE AND N-ACETYLATED CHITOSAN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/078054
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition that comprises an RNAi molecule which inhibits CHST15 gene expression, and that enables minimally invasive administration. Provided are the following: a complex comprising an RNAi molecule which inhibits CHST15 gene expression, and N-acetylated chitosan; a method for producing the complex comprising an RNAi molecule which inhibits CHST15 gene expression, and N-acetylated chitosan, wherein the method has (a) a step for forming the complex by mixing the RNAi molecule and chitosan, (b) a step for drying the complex obtained by step (a), and (c) a step for acetylation of the chitosan in the dry complex obtained by step (b); and a medical composition comprising the complex.
