Abstract:
A composite cloth for heating and a production device thereof. The composite cloth comprises a first electronic fiberglass cloth, a first hot melt film, a carbon fiber cloth, a second hot melt film, and a second electronic fiberglass cloth. Copper bars used for connecting to a wire are adhered to one side of the carbon fiber cloth. The production device comprises a front composite unit, a copper bar adhesion unit, and a rear composite unit. The front composite unit comprises a first fiberglass cloth frame, a first hot melt film frame, a carbon fiber cloth frame, and a front heating cloth pressing apparatus. The copper bar adhesion unit comprises a gluing apparatus and a bar pressing apparatus. The rear composite unit comprises a second hot melt film frame, a second fiberglass cloth frame, and a rear heating cloth pressing apparatus. The composite cloth has not only the heat generation and heating functions, but also the advantages of light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance, good impact resistance, etc., and can meet application requirements of products such as a wind turbine blade. The production device can achieve the automatic production of the composite cloth, and is high in production efficiency and low in production cost.
