Abstract:
The present invention provides a composite material leaf spring and a processing method therefor. The composite material leaf spring comprises a leaf spring body; threaded grooves are formed in the leaf spring body; two fixing frames are provided on the leaf spring body; threaded blocks are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the fixing frames; threaded rods are threadedly connected inside the threaded blocks, the top ends of the threaded rods are threadedly connected inside the threaded grooves, and compression springs are provided on two sides inside each of the fixing frames. According to the composite material leaf spring and the processing method therefor provided by the present invention, the fixing frames are provided, so that the leaf spring can be fixed, and the stability during use is improved; positioning plates are provided, so that the leaf spring is fixed secondarily, and the integral firmness is improved; and rubber blocks are provided, so that contact friction between the positioning plates and the leaf spring can be avoided, and certain potential safety hazard due to long-time friction damage of the leaf spring is avoided. Thus, the practicality of the leaf spring is improved.
