Abstract:
A leak-proof gas tank and a method of using same. The leak-proof gas tank comprises a gas tank (1). An installation recess (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the gas tank (1). A valve (3) is provided on the top of the gas tank (1) and located inside the installation recess (2). A connector (4) is provided at the right side of the valve (3). A valve stem (5) is provided on the top of the valve (3). A top end of the valve stem (5) passes through the installation recess (2) and extends to a top portion of the installation recess (2). A rotating gear (6) is fixedly connected to an outer surface of the valve stem (5). The leak-proof gas tank and the method of using same effectively reduce leakage of the gas tank (1). When the gas tank (1) leaks, the valve stem (5) can be driven to rotate so as to stop the leakage, thereby increasing the safety of the gas tank (1). A support base (32) is provided to prevent the bottom of the gas tank (1) from contacting the ground, thereby preventing the bottom of the gas tank (1) from rusting due to moisture. In addition, direction conversion of a universal wheel (36) enables the gas tank (1) to move easily.
