Title:
COMPOSITE MATERIAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND MOLD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/176450
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composite material which has high durability in a high temperature environment, and which is easy to produce. A composite material according to the present invention has a high-melting point metal-containing buildup part on at least a part of the surface of a low-melting point alloy member that has a melting point of 1600°C or less; high-melting point metal particles that contain a high-melting point metal element which has a melting point of 2400°C or higher are dispersed in the high-melting point metal-containing buildup part; and 40% or more of the high-melting point metal particles have a circularity of 0.7 or more. Meanwhile, the low-melting point alloy member comprises at least one low-melting point alloy that is selected from among an Fe-based alloy, an Ni-base alloy, a Co-based alloy, a Ti-based alloy, a Cr-based alloy and a high-entropy alloy; and the high-melting point metal particles contain at least one high-melting point metal element that is selected from among W, Ta, Mo and Nb.
