Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide: a composite plate material made up of plate materials
certainly superposed without using an adhesive; and a box-form object made of
this plate material. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The composite plate material
has a multilayer structure and is suitable for use as a structural material, a
protective material, a face material for box-form objects such as carry containers
and packaging cases, etc. It is easy to recycle. For example, the composite plate
material (1) has a multilayer structure comprising thermoplastic resin plate
materials (A) and (B) united with each other by fusion-bonding at least peripheral
regions (X) of the plate plane parts of the thermoplastic resin plate materials
like rimming. Plates of the same kind or different kinds selected from various
materials can be superposed by this method.
