Abstract:
A composite polyacrylamide hydrogel, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of acrylamide, 0.2-1 parts of antibacterial agent, 0.05-1 parts of crosslinking agent, 220-290 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.5 parts of initiator, and 0.1-0.5 parts of catalyst. The composite polyacrylamide hydrogel is prepared by the following steps: adding the acrylamide and the deionized water into a round-bottomed flask for stirring and dissolving, then adding the crosslinking agent into a reaction kettle, increasing a rotational speed to 300-500 r/min, placing the round-bottomed flask in an ice-water bath, introducing nitrogen gas for 5 min, then adding the initiator, the catalyst, and the antibacterial agent for stirring for 5 min and then suctioning into a syringe, sealing in an environment of 4°C for 48 h to form a hydrogel, then putting a product into distilled water for dialysis for 48 h, and changing the water every 12 h to obtain the composite polyacrylamide hydrogel. The composite polyacrylamide hydrogel has high mechanical properties and antibacterial properties, and has a great application value in the medical field.
