Abstract:
A composite sheet (11) is provided with: a thermally conductive sheet (12); a first insulating sheet (13) that covers one surface (12a) of the thermally conductive sheet (12); a second insulating sheet (14) that covers the other surface (12b) of the thermally conductive sheet (12) and that seals the thermally conductive sheet (12) between said second insulating sheet (14) and the first insulating sheet (13); and a thermal insulation layer (15) that is layered between the thermally conductive sheet (12) and the first insulating sheet (13) and that covers at least a partial area of the thermally conductive sheet (12).
