Abstract:
An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a composition that can form a film capable of balancing both anti-icing and transparent properties, and preferably to provide a composition that can form a film that also has excellent weather resistance. A composition according to the present disclosure includes an organic silane compound (A) that comprises a reaction product (A3) of a silane compound (A1) having a fluoropolyether group and a hydrolysable silyl group and a silicon compound (A2) having an epoxy ring and a hydrolysable silyl group. The silane compound (A1) having a fluoropolyether group and a hydrolysable silyl group differs from the silicon compound (A2) having an epoxy ring and a hydrolysable silyl group.
