Abstract:
Provided is a technology capable of augmenting bound water in the horny cell layer. Provided is a composition for augmenting bound water in the horny cell layer or a composition for suppressing water evaporation in the horny cell layer, which contain the components (A) glycerin and (B) a polyglycerin. Component (B) preferably is polyglycerin-3. The composition preferably has a mass content ratio between component (A) and component (B) of 1 : 0.01 to 0.5.
