Abstract:
A composition for cap liners which are for use as a sealing material for caps for beverage bottles and which have excellent gas-barrier properties, are highly hygienic, and enable easy cap opening at the time of actual use; and a cap liner comprising the composition. The composition for cap liners comprises (a) 100 parts by weight of an isobutylene block copolymer comprising a polymer block comprising isobutylene units as a main component and a polymer block composed of monomer units in which isobutylene units are not a main component and (b) 0.1-20 parts by weight of a lubricant added thereto.
