Abstract:
A composition which contains a polycarbonate diol obtained by polymerizing (i) a diaryl carbonate, (ii) a 2,2-dialkyl-1,3-propanediol and (iii) a diol other than 2,2-dialkyl-1,3-propanediol in the presence of a metal compound catalyst, characterized in that the total concentration of the components (ii) and (iii) contained in the composition as residual monomers is 1wt% or less.
