Abstract:
The composition of the present invention comprises the following (A), (B), and (C) components. It is preferable that the (C) component be contained in an amount of 0.1-50 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the sum of the (A) and (B) components.
(A) component: at least one melamine salt selected from the group consisting of melamine orthophosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, and melamine polyphosphate.
(B) component: at least one piperazine salt selected from the group consisting of piperazine orthophosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, and piperazine polyphosphate.
(C) component: cyanuric acid or zinc cyanurate.
