Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition which is useful for preventing or ameliorating hand-foot syndrome occurring as a side effect of an anticancer agent. Provided is a composition for preventing or ameliorating hand-foot syndrome, said composition comprising histidine, in particular, a composition for preventing or ameliorating hand-foot syndrome, said composition comprising 0.8-5 g of histidine expressed in terms of daily intake.
