Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating c-Myc-associated diseases, and use thereof, the composition comprising a preparation that inhibits the expression or activity of ubiquitin-specific protease 47 (USP47). According to one aspect, the expression and activity of c-Myc, which is an oncogene, can be inhibited using a composition for inhibiting the expression/activity of USP47, and thus the present invention can be effectively used in therapeutic agents for various cancer and in the screening thereof.
