Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a multiple target DNA amplification method and a target DNA sequencing method, of the present invention, enable effective amplification of a target sequence in a sample having high sequence complexity, such as a genome or a transcriptome, and allow a molecular marker and a strand marker to be located in an adapter used in the amplification, and thus provided is a method capable of precisely and accurately identifying the original sequence structure of a target sequence through subsequent high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of an amplification product.
