Abstract:
Disclosed is an IoT device comprising: a detection circuit that obtains state values of a battery cell at time intervals; a communication circuit that establishes a wireless communication connection with a server at the time of transmission of data including the state values obtained during a designated period of time; and a processor. The processor of the IoT device may be configured to: transmit, to the server, through the communication circuit, data of the state values obtained during the designated period of time; in response to a failure in the transmission of the data, divide the data into pieces of sub-data corresponding to the number of divisions based on the number of retransmissions of the data; and sequentially retransmit the pieces of sub-data through the communication circuit at transmission time intervals based on the number of retransmissions. The transmission time intervals may be time intervals obtained by dividing the designated period of time by the number of retransmissions.
